Reporting to the National Service Manager you will be responsible for: updating Power units in the field, commissioning, fault finding and maintaining service to our client when and where needed.

these are the key responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute Service Contact and Remedial works in accordance with our service contracts, including
(but not limited to);
Routine maintenance of all Piller equipment.
Fault finding and repair of all Piller equipment.
Perform software/hardware upgrades and modifications
• Execute and support the project management activities
particularly regarding on site commissioning.
• Maintain detailed Service reports sheets, timesheets and logs
per company policy’s and procedures.
• Perform in accordance with company policies.
• Create customer loyalty and repeat business through
implementing service strategies.
• Plan and organise service activities to achieve effective and
efficient use of company resources.
• Control expenditure within budget to maintain profitability.
• Perform quoting and tendering duties and general corresponding
as required or directed.
• Work within a local (state) and national team environment.
• Provide service beyond customer expectation.
• Maintain adequate product knowledge.
• Support the Sales effort in the region.
• Be a team player.

We are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: The ideal applicant must have as a prerequisite an electrical trade certificate or electrical/fitter or electrical/electronic certificate, a non restricted Electrical License (or previously known as an A grade License unsupervised) and current Drivers License.
